What a great job Elena did for us. The houses I was selling needed some TLC and I was in NY. Elena hired and managed contractors who fixed the house in record time, and since I was low on cash she negotiated the contractors' invoice to be paid at closing. The amount of online effort to promote the listing and the open houses was mind boggling — and that effort proved to be very effective. Elena knew exactly who would be "the right buyer" and when she found them she closed the deal. We signed the contract and had the closing two weeks later. Great job. End of story.
