An excellent and very professional Realtor. I feel that I got very lucky to have Elena as my Realtor in the hot market of Sarasota. I am a busy professional and working mom, so Elena immediately appealed to me with her excellent professional work ethic. But the best thing about Elena is that she is very, very smart, knows the market, and gives you excellent advice. We were able to buy a great house in a very sought-after community with great schools, on our first bid — we saw the house, submitted the offer, and closed in about 42 days. This was in an incredibly hot and competitive market, and mortgage brokers as well as appraisers had a backup/bottleneck we were all struggling with. Elena worked with everyone as a team and kept the transaction together. At the same time so many of my friends and acquaintances were complaining that they could not close on a home, they had been bidding for months and only saw prices rise by 20% while working with other realtors. I am very happy we got to work with Elena. We trusted her to buy the house "sight-unseen", just from the virtual tour and her opinion of the property. I can't recommend her strongly enough.
